In March 2021, Elliott and Kylie Caldwell began their journey in the short-term rental market by purchasing their first property in the mountains above Asheville, North Carolina. Their goal was to achieve financial freedom while delivering a premium, personalized guest experience in the mountains above Asheville. During this time, Elliott realized there was a significant gap in the short-term rental market: no business provided a comprehensive, end-to-end solution for investors looking to enter the space. This led to the founding of Coastal Haven Design + Build, a luxury interior design and construction company serving our clients locally.

SEAN CHAPPELL

Director of Construction

With a majority of experience within private equity multifamily real estate and construction, Sean brings a wealth of experience and knowledge on how to lead and manage investment grade construction projects where owners’ expectations and outcomes on the performance of the investment is brought to life in the construction process. Sean’s passion for construction, the trade partners that swing the hammers, and the process of building something great time and time again, is why Sean found the perfect match within Coastal Haven Design + Build.

Interior Design Manager

Hello, I'm Jessica! As an interior designer at Coastal Haven, I'm passionate about transforming spaces into beautiful, functional homes that reflect the unique personality of each client. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture and Design from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and I've always known that residential design is where my heart lies. I love collaborating closely with clients to understand their vision, and then bringing it to life through custom, tailored designs. I look forward to building long lasting relationships with our clients and seeing their dream homes come to life in a way that's both personal and timeless!
